Description
The Main Purpose of the role:
· Maintain reception area
The main areas of responsibility:
· Greet visitors
· Answer Reception telephone, screen the call and direct to relevant person
· Assist HR with ad hoc duties like lower level recruitment, filing and distribution of health cards
· Review and update attendance records
· Assist departments with their courier items
· Ensure the log of couriered items is maintained
· Track all invoices received
· Reconcile invoices for the couriers

· Couriers
· Visitors and callers
