Description

Job responsibilities:

  • Updating track sheet for follow-up orders status and shipment details.
  • Sales & Distribution issues to report in weekly report.
  • Handling all export invoicing.
  • Monitoring shipments (tracking, following up regarding quality of the goods)
  • Creating purchase orders and sales orders based on the concluded sales agreements and sending it to respective customer for confirmation, chasing the customer for signed sales orders.
  • Registration of temperature data loggers at online portal to track transportation condition of shipments.
  • Work with shipment documents (checking, forwarding, requesting corrections etc.).
  • Handle correspondence with clients regarding order processing, quotations, and follow-ups
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate more complex matters to the Sales Manager as needed
  • To communicate with the customers about the shipment details
  • To request customers stickers and shipping instructions for new orders initiated by Sales Manager and timely provide it to Logistic and Distribution team.
  • To chase Logistic and Distribution department for pending documents for orders which are on water.
  • Request release of shipments with Finance department once documents for a shipment are received and approved by a customer and coordinate dispatch of original documents with Logistic and Distribution department once released.
  • Coordination with and Logistics Department office for getting additional free demurrage days.
  • Random follow-up to ensure the planned delivery dates are respected.
  • Follow-up to see the transit time in respected.
  • Any usual events to be notified immediately to shipping and logistic department.
