Description
Job responsibilities:
- Reconcile information from SAP system such as sales purchases, sales reports and production reports to the weekly and monthly management reports.
- Report on the company’s weekly achievement for Volume & Sales by Product, Market and Source.
- Analyze weekly profit and loss by Product, Market and Source.
- Prepare monthly management reports for the company’s products.
- Monthly analysis for overhead cost and benchmark vs Budget.
- Perform variance analysis of Products, Markets and Source versus Forecast and Plan.
- Monitor the performance of each product and suggest solutions for profit and performance enhancement.
- Participate in the preparation of the yearly Plan.
- Prepare Plan booklet with clear assumptions and local Presentations.
- Prepare and submit company’s CARs (Capital Investment Request);
- Prepare and submit P&Ls.
