Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee visas, facility licenses, and all related transactions with government authorities.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes for factory staff.
- Administer accommodation arrangements for factory workers.
- Enroll all new employees in the appropriate medical schemes.
- Add new joiners to the company’s bank agreement and handle cancellations upon employee separation.
- Maintain and update occupational health records, ensuring all food-handling employees have valid occupational health cards.
- Collect and organize TA data promptly to ensure smooth payroll processing and salary disbursement.
- Prepare various documents, including letters, certificates, and offer letters, following the necessary approval processes.
- Handle work accident claims, ensuring timely submission and follow-up until resolution.
- Prepare all documentation related to End of Service calculations, arrange payments, and disburse funds to departing employees.
Key Qualifications:
- Background in Human Resources.
- Experience with JAFZA.
- Proficient in SAP.
