Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Design and implement a comprehensive business plan that expands our customer base and enhances our market presence globally.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and fostering partnerships.
  • P&L Management: Prepare P&L reports, seek approvals, and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new markets and business opportunities, leveraging market intelligence to create effective strategies for market penetration.
  • Credit Terms & Collections: Work with distributors to agree on credit terms and ensure compliance with financial norms, coordinating with Finance & Accounts to manage receivables.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the Marketing Team to ensure appropriate tools are provided to increase brand visibility and achieve key business objectives.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Regularly prepare and analyze stock and sales data, offering insights and recommending corrective actions to optimize performance.
  • Reporting: Generate reports using Excel and PowerPoint, as needed.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in key account management, exports, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management, credit terms, and market expansion strategies.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with teams (Finance, Marketing, etc.) to achieve objectives.
