Description

Job Requirements:

  • performs the following testing for Slaughterhouse:
  • Follow up Lab. System to coordinate that all materials (including water testing) and finished products are tested according to the approved specifications and customer requirements.
  • performance of swabs, both for machines and personnel according to approved frequency
  • Support QA Assistant Manager, Poultry to Identify Lab. Needs in terms of instrumentation, Medias, and disposable materials.
  • participates in calibration activity of Lab instruments.
  • Support the QA Assistant Manager, Poultry in the preparation for the following testing for Breeder and Broiler farms
  • Serology testing including Mycoplasma testing, HI and Vaccination titers
  • Microbial and viral testing of chicken Feed.
  • Microbial testing of water from farms.
  • Testing of efficiency of sanitization by testing swabs taken from chicken Houses.
  • Support the QA Assistant Manager, Poultry in the preparation for the following testing for Hatchery:
  • Hatchability and fertility testing of Hatching eggs.
  • Testing of efficiency of sanitization by testing swabs for microbial and fungus
  • Microbial and chemical testing of water.
  • Support the QA Assistant Manager, Poultry in the preparation for the following testing for Feed Mill.
  • Testing of all incoming raw materials for microbial results.
  • Test of feed samples for microbial analysis.
  • Microbial testing of water.
  • Undertakes departmental tasks as assigned by the QA Assistant Manager, Poultry and Manager, QA & HSE

Required Skills and competencies:

  • University Degree in veterinary
  • Interpretation and analysis skills.
  • Knowledge of ISO, HACCP, GMP, and SOP’s is plus.
  • Able to work independently and as effective team member.
  • Good in English (spoken / written)
