Description
The main areas of responsibility:
- Online monitoring of the production area.
- Finished products monitoring within customer specs
- Maintaining Online QA records, on conformity reports
- Monitor packaging, labelling sealing, temperature, Production date
- Monitoring personal hygiene and GMP
- Monitor and advice the efficient implementation of sanitization and hygiene procedures (CIP).
- CCP Monitoring
- Ensure efficient production runs to minimize ingredient loss, package loss, production breakage and Run Downtime caused by quality Control.
- QA Hold and release of products
- Product quality and sensory evaluation
Knowledge and Skills needed:
- Understanding of food hygiene and safety
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in food manufacturing industry
- Shelf-life analysis
- HACCP
- Risk Assessment skills
- Physical & Chemical Analysis
- Sampling and Testing
- Process Control and KPI Monitoring
- Trend Analysis
- QAP and Inspection
- HACCP Awareness & Implementation
