Job responsibilities:
• Prepare process documentation, process flows, and design documents for service level management.
• Setup and maintain IT service processes: Service, Incident and Change Management.
• Ensure the maintenance and administration and timely closure of the tickets raised in ITSM tool (SysAid) for MENA region.
• Ensure security awareness and communications.
• IT Helpdesk support for all units in MENA region.
• Creating and managing forms for granting Active directory and other applications accesses for users along with assisting users to raise such forms.
• Coordinate for the SOD review with the Finance department where required
• For access related incidents/service requests, coordinate between offices within MENA region.
• Coordination for business continuity.
• Performing the ITGCC testing as per the corporate policy on weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annual basis.
• Coordinate all MS SharePoint support activities, including support IT and business users.
• Function as a member of Global IT compliance team from MENA region.
• Coordinate with the vendors for contract renewal, invoicing along with the ERP Manager & IT Director, where required.
• Raise invoices through Payment Requests and Purchase Requisitions, support for drafting CSR, CAR and ESB content where required.
• Draft the Global communication for learning and security awareness for Del Monte and coordinate with Corporate IT Coordinator to send out the communication globally.
• Send communications for MENA region on various topics related to IT.
• Coordinate all MS SharePoint support activities and testing of forms, including support IT and business users.
• Major IT admin coordination across all units in MENA.
• Updating Weekly Service reports for IT management.
• Coordinate with Global Helpdesk for requests, issues raised by the users in MENA region for operational support.
• Filing of Process documents and all relevant documents, deliverables & data in the Knowledge Base (Designed for the Project).
• Raise GAF forms for Project acceptance phases and coordinate with Corporate compliance.
• Mapping the ASAP deliverables of the project with the SDF deliverables and ensuring the SDF deliverables are completed and certificates are signed by the MENA and corporate management.
• Coordinate for the project – post implementation reviews and support, guidance is provided to users.
• Updating the project documents, sustainability tracker for the projects (Vanilla -MENA, K2 – North America).
• Ensure the creation and maintenance of relevant IT standard operation documentation in line with Regional standards
• Track Service Levels Provided by 3rd parties and provide incident report to ERP manager, Director IT for review before any contract renewal
• Organizing the Training calendars in coordination with the various departments.
• Assists internal audit team and serves as a liaison with external auditors to facilitate auditing process
• Coordinate with HR Department and management for the User cleanup review and password sharing analysis.
• Coordinate bi-annual application review and submit to Corp. Compliance team.
