Job responsibilities:
• Updating track sheet for follow-up orders status and shipment details.
• Sales & Distribution issues to report in weekly report.
• Handling all export invoicing.
• Monitoring shipments (tracking, following up regarding quality of the goods)
• Follow up on shipping advice from source units.
• Check availability of the products with various suppliers/Head Office as per the orders received from the customers.
• Creating purchase orders based on the availability and sending it to respective suppliers/Head office.
• Work with shipment documents (checking, forwarding, requesting corrections etc)
• To communicate with the customers about the shipment details upon receiving Notification
• Random follow-up to ensure the planned delivery dates are respected.
• Any usual events to be notified immediately to Head office, shipping and logistic department.
• Issue PO / SOA for back-to-back sales and update data.
• Open new vendors in the system, open new accounts for customers and create of new items in system.
• Handle claims for export clients, hold invoices, book and issue Credit notes to clients and update claim table.
