Job responsibilities:
- Online monitoring of raw materials & finished products.
- Finished products monitoring within customer specs.
- Maintaining Online QA records on conformity reports.
- Monitor packaging, labelling sealing, temperature, Production date.
- Monitoring personal hygiene and sanitation.
- Handle Customer and regulatory audits.
- Sanitation, hygiene and GMP Checks.
- CCP Monitoring.
- Temperature monitoring.
- QA Hold and release of products
- Product quality and sensory evaluation
