Description

The Main Purpose of the role:

• Inbound, On-process and finished goods Inspection.
• Oversee all aspects of food safety and quality programs.
• Conducting microbiological analysis

The main areas of responsibility:

• Ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Monitoring and reporting on all activities, processes, and procedures.
• Developing internal auditing tools and conducting internal audits and reports.
• Determining data-driven solutions and implementing quality improvement plans.
• Performing regular inspections and reviews to ensure employees adhere to quality and food safety policy, procedures, good hygiene, and good manufacturing practices.
• Assist in the development of SOPs, processes, and specifications.
• Providing QA team with quality and food safety improvement planning and support.
• Conducting or assisting with regulatory requirements and training requirements for the team.
• Preparing and maintaining quality documentation and records.
